Health, or the lack of it, seems to be on everyone’s minds these days. Is Hillary sick? Is Donald overweight? Are they more or less healthy than past candidates? Their respective political machines are advancing theories on an hourly basis, it seems.
Well, one thing’s for certain…we all worry from time to time about our own health and that of our loved ones. We may seem healthy today but we know that can change quickly.
I don’t want to write a “how to stay healthy blog”. You can read one of those from a health expert. No, what I wanted to talk about is having a plan in place IF your health takes a turn for the worse.
We hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. If you can’t answer the following questions with certainty, it might be time consider getting some help:
Certainly there are planning strategies available once the worst has already happened, but, and this is a really important point…The planning strategies available to you while you’re still healthy are much, much better.
